Buddy Holly, Jerry Lee Lewis, Bill Haley and the Comets, Little Richard. The Beatles took R&R in a different direction, and I preferred the direction it was already in.
Jerry was a good friend of mine, I really didn’t understand anything he said, but he always had some mighty fine wine. Said a frog from a Far Side comic strip.

Three Dog Night was great; however, I preferred the Beatles.

’Stones fan here, from that era. Love and highly respect what the Beatles did for music but not a big fan. More into Laura Nero and Bonnie Raitt now.

I was a teen in the 69s. Went to lots of dances and listened to a lot of music. That’s about all I listen to, to this day. Love the oldies.

Too many good tunes/bands to list, from the ’60’s-’70’s.

Kinks ironic? Why are you kinky now ?

Funny to think of an old codger liking the Kinks…but I still like some Hendrix, SRV, and Zeppelin, so….!
