Whatever I am looking for is usually found at the first place I look after I don’t notice the first or second time I looked there!

Or, you look in a place, can’t find it after awhile, continue searching, then come back to a place you looked , but can’t remember if you looked there, so you look again. This can go on for quite some time

My neighbor couldn’t find the case of bottled water she brought home from the store because she had put it in the dryer.

Just losing your minds.

I had that experience Thursday with the brush we use to groom our little puppies…It took us half an hour to finally find it when we gave up looking for it…

Morris looked for the step ladder on the top shelf? And I thought my hiding places were odd.

WAY back before cell phones (early 80’s) I couldn’t find the phone.

Had just bought a cordless.

Found it in the freezer next to the ice.

If I lost the ironing board, I wouldn’t even look for it
