Years ago, I had a problem with my neighbor’s dog coming onto my property to do his “business”. Owner was an elderly guy who wouldn’t do anything about it, and never trained it (it was a hyper Terrier, same breed as Toto). I went to the pet store to see if there was any safe way to keep it off my property. All I found was devices to keep dogs IN, not OUT (requiring dog to wear a collar). I made the mistake of asking the girl behind the counter about anything to keep the dog out, and she replied, “Why would you want to do that?”.
