There was a place in Boulder, Colorado (The Dark Horse), that had the same bathroom door setup. Only, there were large hands under the men/women signs pointing to the other door.

I’ll skip the obvious gag.

That’s no more helpful than the signs at the now-defunct “Saturn Cafe” in Santa Cruz. The signs read “Us” and “Them”.
