I’m going to pre-emptively nominate professional wrestler CM Punk for his actions throughout his tenure with All Elite Wrestling during 2023. These actions culminated in “Brawl In”, where he nearly derailed a major pay-per-view (All In 2023) by physically attacking a younger wrestler who he felt had disrespected him; in the process, Punk knocked over a series of monitors, one of which nearly struck AEW owner Tony Khan. Punk was fired for cause within a week of the incident, while the other wrestler remains on suspension.
