If he’s been wanting to waterproof the basement for 6 years, I’d say it’s too late.

Sounds like a good plan. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

I still haven’t steam cleaned the carpets this year. Totally missed spring cleaning because I fell and messed up my arm, sprained my wrist and banged up the arm pretty bad.
