    The REALLY neat thing about living a “healthier Lifestyle” is that it adds years – maybe decades – to your life!

    (Actually, it DOESEN’T – but it certainly makes it SEEM that way…)

    I’m glad I’m an “eats to live” guy and not a “lives to eat” guy. I could and would go all day without eating if I could get away with it. Having conditions forcing a “healthy” diet since the age of 10 has a lot to do with it. If it tastes good, I can’t eat it. If I hate it, it’s something I need. So bah! I’ve always wished someone would invent a single pill I could take in the morning and not have to eat at all. Oh the time and money I could save.

    Almost 50 years after high school, I weigh 10 pounds mor than I did at graduation. Healthy lifestyle and exercise the entire time!
