So many times, so many times……

“like” X 1000

When an idea comes in your head whether from a dream or when you are awake write it down …. Paper and pen have a way of helping memory ;-)

I suspect they’re often along the lines of “what about drink bottles… but with feathers!”

I had some ideas from my dreams I forgot most of them.

Several years ago I had a dream about the winning lottery numbers. I quickly wrote them down. I played those numbers. None of those numbers was drawn. :-(

I try to remember my dreams, some of them were pretty neat, but it hardly ever works. Sigh!

These days, I don’t have to be just waking from dreams to have that happen. Clever ideas are often like slippery fish that escape while being unhooked.

At my age, I’m lucky enough to remember why I entered a room, much less remember a dream that seemed like it would make me a fortune.

I never remember dreams. I think they are the brain’s garbage disposal.

For me it was solving a difficult engineering problem. Had it all worked out in my dream but couldn’t remember the solution when I woke up.

I don’t remember most of my dreams, OK, nearly all of my dreams. A few of my nightmares? I remember every one I have ever had!

I once had a dream where someone asked me a riddle that was too tough for me. When they told me the answer, it made sense and was funny. My brother and I have had dreams where we heard beautiful music, but could not remember the melody longer than five or ten minutes after we woke up.

Ain’t it the truth!

Comforting to know that it happens to others as well but disappointing to find I am not blessed with some magic skill.

For me, it’s remembering someone’s name at two in teh am.

Been there, done that, still don’t remember what it was.

Similar scenario – Plugger dreams of awesome gift for wife but forgets it.

I once invented a device for recording great ideas that came to me in my sleep … then I woke up.

When I remember a solution to something at work, but I retired ten years ago.

Don’t forget about the next great novel dream.
