Hey, I’m in my mid-thirties and I regularly wear a hat not too dissimilar to Len’s (not quite the same, it has a more trilby-style brim), and I only ever get compliments for it.
And that’s been happening since I first got it back in about, incidentally, 2009, about when this strip first ran, so I’m again thinking Len’s family are just being too closed-minded to it.
