Here in North Central PA we got a lot of snow off the 3 storms that came through east coast but the last couple of days it has been warmer and raining and all the snow has melted and the river that runs through our town is running very fast and high. It goes through our back yard and I was looking at it today and it is really high and there are some spots that it is flooding the roads.
