Wish the bags came with a return address. I see so many stashed along the walking trail and so wish I could return them to the owner. Seems the thoughtful action.
I hardly ever see dog owners carry a shovel and poop bag. They prefer for their doggie to get to my yard to relieve themselves. My crepe myrtles receive a regular fertilizer gift.
