National Pancake Day goes with Shrove Tuesday which goes with Mardi Gras (Fat Tuesday in English) which is the day before Ash Wednesday which is the first day of the season of Lent.
I’m making rice pancakes for dinner. Add cooked rice to the pancake batter before frying. Thick fluffy pancakes. A favorite my mom would make with leftover rice.
Hmmm… Maybe it’s no accident that National Pancake Day falls on Fat Tuesday. I know, you’re all tired of my pancake conspiracy theories but just putting it out there!
I’d say he’s a Hungry Jack pancake. About to be flipped out of the frying pan and into the fire. But perhaps he’ll butter her up and see if she’d be part of a short stack
