Looks like a Right turn signal to me…

Dad is using the correct righthand turn signal for a cyclist, a lot of cyclist point with their right arm when making a right turn unfortunately speeding cars cannot see you right arm

My arms stiff today.

I always assume that the drivers don’t know so I use both out stretched arms to show them where I’m going.

Actually it’s his right turn signal. Left turn signal is arm straight out.

This would have been just as funny, but not ageist, if you left out the “Dad.”

The Eventual Right. I used to see that a lot, but now turn signals don’t seem to exist in a lot of vehicles. Or so you’d think from the absence of any blinking.

The left turn would have him clotheslining someone.

Wow. I never saw one of those do that before.

I was thinking RAGBRAI but it is too flat.

That would technically be his right signal, but thanks for letting him know……

It is his stop sign.

Dad left his right on, and his son was right about his right that was left on.

Looks like they don’t teach hand signals in driver’s Ed any longer. That’s right.

It’s for the next rest area exit. Always seem to be just over the next horizon. Eeep!

If I remember correctly, the “left” signal is left arm straight out; the cyclist above is doing the “right” signal.

I like that perspective.
