You’re a better man than I am, Arlo Day. I usually cause the indecisiveness.

To all you feminists and simps out there: Look at Janis’ face in the last panel. That’s a happy woman who knows her husband has her back. She’s not under his thumb, she’s under his care. It’s a beautiful thing to see. They’ve been discussing this issue for weeks now and the big bad man monster has at no time tried to force her to “submit” to anything, nor has she put on the boss lady act. They are just “one person” working out what’s best for “themself.” THIS is what you miss in the dark of the night. This is the right way.

Back when husband was in the military there were times when we knew a transfer was coming, but didn’t know where. That drove me crazy!

Is it indecisiveness or overthinking? With my other half it’s hard to tell.

If my wife picked up and moved over to be with our daughter (2,000+ miles away) it would not go well.

Janis is wishy-washy. Weigh the pros and cons and make an informed decision. You cannot put it off forever like Jimmy Johnson is. lol

The problem with house hunting when you aren’t sure you want to move, is when you find THE house.

I am lucky to live so close to my kids (and mainly my Grandkids.) I can see where moving is the best choice to be close to your kids, but I too see where the old house has it’s appeal of that is the way they know how to live.

we’re planning to move closer to the kids and I understand how she feels. So much anxiety. Lucky I have a supportive hubby as well.

Why would they need to house hunt? They’d live in the guest house or the beach condo. Whichever one Gus is not using.

Speaking from experience, they should wait for the interest rates to drop. We had been house hunting for a few years. The perfect house came along back in August and we closed in September. The same week the interest rates went up twice in a week and housing market died. That is also the week we listed our old place. Still hasn’t sold yet. We have a low low offer today and since we are bleeding money, we’ll probably have to take it. Did I mention we closed on the house a week and a half before my company downsized and eliminated my position and I still have not had a job offer?
