May the meat rest in peace.
Much like Garfield the meat will be eaten once off the stove . We ain’t got time to let it settle . It’s eating time !
My meat never rests.
I love that there’s no panel of Garfield actually eating it.
Rest in peace, piece of meat!
Now that was a miss-steak……..
It’s amazing how slow Jon is. And knowing Garfield as he surely must, why he’d put his steak right in front of a fat cat is beyond me. I guess I can’t see the unreality of this comic.
The meat will rest much better in my stomach.
Seriously Garfield?
Instead of letting it rest, I let the meat loaf
The meat is in a better resting place.
In all seriousness, I didn’t realize how important that was for a long time.
lol Chef Ramsay would not be happy.
Jon, you keep forgetting you need to be very specific around Garfield
Garfield made a good point.
The meat found its final resting place.
Garfield would be back up in that tree.
Should have put a leaf of lettuce or kale on that steak, that would have kept Garfield from getting to it.
It’s resting in his tummy.
That was a waste of meat
A moment of silence please.
Never leave meat out in Garfields presence
Garfield is right, eat it fast enough, then none of the juices will leak out.
My next meal would be southern fried cat!
Jonnn…you gave Garfield a loophole big enough to fit a buffet through…
My meat doesn’t like to rest for too long.
NOM
Technically the stomach is like an oven with our overall body heat being 98.6 degrees sooo I guess Garfield is in the right with this one
I’m surprised that Garfield waited until it was cooked.
Garfield you got the meat the resting in your stomach
Well, at least the meat rested for 10 seconds.
