I stopped reading Adams a while ago. I heard him give an interview during which he said his goal, and thus the goal of creating Dilbert, was to take money from my pocket and put it into his pocket, and that’s almost word for word. I found him crass and superficial so I was not surprised at his troubles over the last few years.
He is still around? I thought that when newspapers started dumping him a few years ago that would cut back on his income. Now he claims he won’t go to NYC until trumps case is reversed, I am fairly confident that no one in NYC will care
This is why I avoid reading anything about my favorite authors and actors. My second wife ruined many a good movie by telling me about the politics of the actors involved. I really didn’t want to know Loretta Young secretly had a child, who was raised by Young’s own mother.
