I don’t know, my Janis gave up asking if I heard anything years ago.

Ludwig, the cat, is a busy fellow?

That’s why I have a dog. If she didn’t hear it I don’t worry about it.

You might as well get up Arlo and see what the noise is.

Guess who has to get up and find the cat, the worried one, Janis or the one who was sleeping, Arlo?

There will be no sleep! Noises must be investigated. What if it isn’t the cat..

Ever since I got a white noise machine, I don’t hear any “noises” anymore.

There’s gotta be something good in the refrigerator.

Sorry Arlo, humoristic sarcasm does not work under any the following circumstances:*You’re both in bed and it’s dark*You’re both asleep and there is any noise that wakes Janis up*It’s after 9:00Thou shalt have to arise from a cozy, warm, bed for any infraction of the aforesaid rules. Hopefully Janis is a welcoming warm bundle of gratefulness when you get back from exorcising the noise making demons.

Pro tip….when you are out of bed looking for the source of the noise, do not grab a wooden spoon and whack the counter a half a dozen times as “proof” you’ve evicted any such demons. This falls under the sarcastic humor mandate and will evoke an entire new set of consequences for such behavior.

I have a refrigerator that makes more noises than some orchestras. Always coming up with new ones…

My sound machine can make a variety of sounds; ocean waves, rainfall, whirring fan, creek, ect. I generally use the fan or creek sounds.

I can never relate to Arlo and Janis. If I hear a noise I always get up and see what it is. My husband stays in bed unless he hears me scream. I did scream when the noise was an alligator on our porch at 3 a.m. The dog barked and I got up to see what it was. I turned on the porch light and opened the door. A 7 foot gator was facing me, 2 feet from my legs. I slammed the door and screamed at the same time. The gator did not move at all. I don’t open the door in the middle of the night any more.

Jimmy seems to have collaborated with the author of F-Minus today. There is definite synergy.

Or, maybe it’s a real break in and that’s what makes them move near the kids?

It is just the monster under the bed trying to get out of the house. Ludwig is scaring him away. Plus Major Payne is supposed to come with his gun.
