For whatever reason, I cannot stand the word “eel” to be capitalized. It can be all lower case (eel) or all upper case (EEL), but not capitalized.

There’s a lot of these out there. My favorite is one I thought I made up but apparently other(s) were of the same mind: “When an eel bites your thigh and you bleed out and die, that’s a moray.”
