Being “thin”/“skinny” doesn’t (always) equal being healthy. While being overweight obviously isn’t the best thing for your health, being underweight can be just as bad for you (if not worse).
I had an ex-girlfriend who had a weight problem. Not too heavy, but too light. She really looked bad being so skinny and it wasn’t healthy either. She died at 58.

I’ve read that it’s actually healthy to be 10 lbs. overweight, but no more than that.

Don’t get too thin, else you’ll slip between the cracks in the sidewalk.

Garfield, Liz would like to have a word with you about that.

It’s amazing how Garfield never chokes or gets a stomach ache on any food he downs in one gulp.

If he hasn’t already, Garfield should publish a diet book — that’s one I’d buy!

You may have another problem. Cats’ digestive system can only digest meat and cats have no sensors for tasting sweet.

I was actually underweight in my preteens /early teens.
