Both great musicians who after years in bands had career peaks as solo artists in the 1980s, though admittedly Phil’s was a bit bigger (and his appearance is more distinctive).
Now take off the Phil Collins mask, and we’ll see if he’s Doug. Or could he be Percival Dunwoody?

Mr. Bolling is trafficking in pop icons again. What was the genesis of this obsession? I have blind faith that it will continue.
