So many great inventions started out the same way. Take teflon for example, it was discovered when Roy Plunkett was attempting to create a new refrigerant only to discover that the tetrafluoroethylene gas he was working with would stop flowing and solidify on the inside of the bottle it was in.
Now we just need a pig to come along and figure out that the brick is better for building than either straw or sticks.

And they pile up kind of neatly. You could almost live in the right pile. But the rain and tall dinosaurs would just get in through the open top. Rats!
