Charlie Brown has the power to tune her rambling out , being around Lucy helped that.

Poor Charlie Brown. He didn’t even say a word to set her off.

Sometimes ignoring people like this is the best solution—they don’t even notice. Other times being silent just makes them angry.

Snoopy, you should have stayed with figure skating.

Charlie Brown is really quite brave to roll his eyes in the third panel like that!

Me thinks Molly’s racket is strung a little too tightly, if you know what I mean.

Molly serves as a cautionary tale on what happens when competition gets the better of you.

Molly shouldn’t be playing tennis. I’ll bet she’ll grow up and make the perfect drill sergeant football coach who’ll go on and win the Super Bowl!

Snoopy could just walk off the court. Noone would blame him. Afterall, Molly was paired with a beagle probably because no other human would play with her.

It’s subtle, but it’s a gesture Charlie Brown makes fairly often: rolling his eyes heavenward. It shows that he’s perceptive enough to see the folly in those around him and wise enough to keep his mouth shut.

Molly Volley should pair up with Peppermint Patty. They’d be unstoppable.

Snoopy, next time just stick with the singles in tournaments, much better than dealing with a mean, egotisical doubles partner like her. Tennis players like her give tennis a bad name and don’t make it fun to play for their partner or the other team and especailly for the crowds who pay a lot of money to watch these tournments and / or Grand Slams. I have watched many tennis matches since the mid 80’s and have seen players like her on the singles and doubles and I shut the tv off instead of watching that kind of behavior.
