Sleep has become more difficult after 0400. 6 hours kinda ok but still feel tired, even after easy day of working the flower beds and yard. Next 2 hours until wake up are replays of misery of the unwanted, unfinished, unsuccessful years. There are tv channels I avoid because of their programming. Wish I could find that channel in my mind.
My timer is set for 7 hours unless I am exceptionally physically tired when I go to bed.
I can lay in bed for an additional 15 minutes and sort of enjoy it, but then it gets boring, so I might as well get up. It gives me more time not to do anything for the rest of the day.

Worse is the decreasing time between “Hmmm, feels like I gotta go” and “OOPS”.

I’ve added a mid-morning nap to get me to my mid-afternoon one.
