I always made sure I had a sheet of paper in my hand when I left the shop area. When my version of Rita would try to get in my way, I’d hold up the paper and say “busy”, then keep walking away from her. Most times, I was heading for the coffee maker. Sometimes, it was actual work.

You can get coffee in the break room. Bait it with “vacation time”.

It’s ok. Donna must have set it. Safety is on…

I don’t drink coffee, maybe put a cupcake or a donut there?

Someone switched the coffee for a Water Bottle and Rita wasn’t a bother for the rest of the day…

Coffee gets cold. Some have lost their affinity for donuts. A hot cinnamon roll in the trap would be infallible.
