    New warning signs for our crosswalks reads “PLEASE STOP FOR PEDESTRIANS IN CROSSWALK”. I took that to mean if they are jaywalking they are fair game. . . . . (ʘдʘ╬)

    Hmmm. Like the fictitious but sempiternal “hornèd helmets” of the Vikings, Egyptian art seems never to have portrayed people in anything like that posture. There are often, to be sure, rather oddly stylized limbs, and in “flat” art, standing figures are always shown with the head and legs in profile while the torso is full frontal.
