Medically obese is over 30% body fat, lower in some Asian countries, 25% is overweight.

Laugh while you can, kid! This “Squish” will come back to haunt you one day, you know? As hard as it feels to believe now… And, for your information, that’s “confortable”, not “obese”.

There is a thin line between obese and squishy… And it’s not a firm line.

My Grandmother had a good saying ,,,,,,, she wasn’t fat (Obese wasn’t used back then) ….. She was pleasantly Plump …… :)
