Apparently Le camion was too highbrow

I’ve heard of that restaurant, Chez Chevy.

In our town there’s a brick-n-mortar bar / restaurant that has a bar inside and the kitchen in the truck by the back door, I’ve never seen the truck move, or appear to have been moved, but the tires are fully inflated.

Hey, that is the beluga caviar truck that runs around our neighborhood each day.

What about the other caveat – be careful what you are about to buy (caveat emptor).

I never expected a French food truck.

It specializes in Citroën flavored cuisine.

Well- if the food is good I would prefer this to any normal restaurant.

Given the number of food truck jamborees in recent years, that could happen.

I remember when places like Burger Chef, McDonalds and Burger King were just a walk up to a window to order all outside. Cheaper then too.

Sadly, “overpromise and underdeliver” is the foundational ethic for most “successful” business executives and government officers. I really have to wonder how failing upward became a thing.

..most food trucks have better food than sit-down restaurants..

Discussing the joys of NYC with an ex-resident, not a single restaurant came to mind; but we both recalled the food trucks.

What they really need is valet parking.

Where feeding the meter gets you Preferred Seating…

With the high prices at fast food places, reservations shouldn’t be a problem

It’s bigger on the inside than it is on the outside.

The phonier the front, the worse the kitchen. That taco truck has a freezer full of microwave Mexican not-quite cuisine and and only one zapper to handle the lunch crowd. The line fools people into thinking it’s a good place.
