My favorite pitcher slowly bends over, head up and puts his elbows up like a bird before every pitch.

He was on the Red Sox last time they won WS and now he is on another team.

I did that one time. I made a pressing motion of my inward parts like one would do to shove something fecal out. It made my face go red and people I was doing it in front of thought I was angry and left in panic.
