There’s this old Chinese saying:

If you have a problem that you can solve, what are you worrying about?

If you have a problem that you cannot solve, what are you worrying about?

Worry tithing.

Worry should lead to a plan of action. If it does not, you have lost already.

Long ago I discovered a sure-fire way of making sure my worries never come true:

Prepare for them. Nothing I’m ready for has ever happened.

So far my worries for the year have not come true, hope it stays that way.

Of course, the 10% includes Congress, the Administration, Double-digit trillion$ National Debt teeny revenue and humongous spending ,,,

Seems like this bit should feature Pig, not Rat. There have been a couple of those in the past several months. Don’t tell me Rat is going soft!

My worries don’t believe in Goat’s statistics.

Hm, I’ve found after 70+ years on the planet that what I fear often does come true, but that when it happens it’s not the big deal I worried about.

And it’s usually the most serious tenth, too.

Goat’s advice didn’t work out well. Rat wanted to be pessimistic and worry.

Ten percent may not sound very much, but it all depends on what you’re worrying about.
