Isn’t it the other way around? Stormtroopers that are good shots shouldn’t be in the actual battle.

As a former school bus driver, it was difficult to work remotely. However, I never had to take work home with me. [thank the gods!]

Drone warfare is remote working. In the war with Iraq, after takeoff, drone missions were controlled by young “pilots” in Nevada.
