OK, I got Codplay = Coldplay, Public Anemone = Public Enemy, and Halibutty Holly = Buddy Holly, but I’m drawing a blank on Starfish and Debbie Herring. (Closest I could come on that was Fred Waring and the Pennsylvanians, which I’m pretty sure had nothing to do with the art.)

The only one I don’t get is Starfish. I seem to recall some band with fish in the name but that’s as far as my brain take me. I will now obsess about it until it comes to mind.
