Help, I sat on the floor, and forgot to plan for how I’m going to get up.
Actually as far as I remember, situps just strengthen belly, not eliminating the fat.

When you get down on the floor, make sure you have a good solid plan in place for getting back up.
What do you expect from the Earl of Sandwich?
I read that after a certain age people should lie down on the floor and get up again 3 times daily – preferably without using hands to get back up. I don’t remember the age, but it must be before the person can’t do it anymore.
