It’s his “man cave”; hence, the prepubescent “no girls allowed” sign Janis provided. Cute!

I think that basketball hoop on the garage has seen better days and needs to come down. It looks like it’s been dunked on one too many times. I didn’t know Arlo (or Gene) was tall enough to dunk!

Arlo is really a dork!

Janis is not a girl. She’s a woman.

Janis and Arlo have a son, now grown and married, but at one time an anti-girl boy with a clubhouse. Precious memories. I’m not laughing, but am smiling in appreciation.

Not sure why Janis thinks her sign is funny. Arlo should just ignore her and toss out the sign.

??? Leave it? Who is leaving what? This is frequently the most inscrutable strip in the paper.

Well the shop will have to be cleaned out, Janis put the sign up so Arlo Knows hes the one doing it.

It’s funny as you travel around the country, it some places garage “Man Caves” are a thing. Other places not so much. Another thing I observed in some places split rail fences have 3 rails in others 4. In some places the fences are painted white in others black. I live in California, we do a lot of great things here and make a lot of really good food, BUT Californians can’t make good Biscuits to save their souls. Their biscuits turn out like hockey pucks, thin and hard. Regional differences are what make our nation interesting.

Not the slightest idea what this is about! So it’s a man cave. He’d want to stay in it.
