Tampa had a 39-cent shop. Lots of excellent cards. Just pick a pretty picture, open it up, scratch off the funny foreign words and write in, “Happy Birthday Mom”, or whatever…
He won’t likely find one. Maybe he should try to redo one he has received . . . that is, if he has actually received any. I suspect his cheap ways are a family thing.
