Ah, the time-honored tradition of putting down young people. There they are just relaxing and not caring about world events. That is unless they are caring about world events in a way that is not approved by older people. Then they are dumb kids playing at changing the world. I can’t think of a more pathetic part of aging than looking down on young people. It’s smug, often hypocritical, and cliche. Worse, it shows you lack historical perspective, faith, and possibly courage. That is unless you are appearing in Bye, Bye Birdie. Then it’s Kids! What’s the matter with kids today?
From what I have seen in world and national news over the past decade I believe that the majority of young people are really involved in one thing that really is going to shape the rest of their lives. Not WWIIIbut Climate Change. Its real, natural events, from wild fires to tornados to hurricanes to winter blizzards are going to get more intense, bigger and more frequent. Young people are not IMHO going to vote for the people who loudly claim that their major concern isn’t real

Nostradamus will be proved correct if the criminal candidate slimes his way back into office, WW III will be United States and Russia versus China
