Melony! Was he the one with the brand-new pair of rollerskates?

He seems melon-choly.

I had a nice dog. I thought she was a mutt, but she was pure melon-collie.

If he had possessed a weapon, it would have been a first degree melony

If he had tried to take more than a cart full of melons, it would have been a melony felony.

Now he “can’t elope” with his “honey, due” to his incarceration.

I’m concerned that this cartoon might inspire some terrible punster to attempt to kidnap a former First Lady. (Not me, though.)
