NATIONAL BALLPOINT PEN DAY

Yesterday was Strawberry/Rhubarb Pie Day. Well, today I will be picking rhubarb and buying strawberries, but don’t plan on making them into pie. I saw rhubarb in the Piggly Wiggly store not long ago. Wow – that stuff is expensive in the store! I’m glad I have my own plants! I love rhubarb!

I still carry a mask in my pocket when I head out.

I’m surprised she lets them go.

They’re probably gonna rob the nearest fish market.

I predict one or both will end up in the pound and Annie will have to bail them out.

I assume we are talking the ice cream brand, not a dark-colored cow. I have some egg rolls in the freezer so lunch.

I saw many black cows on my bike ride this morning. And nearly hit a coyote that ran in front of me.

That’s funny, Chesney. I could have taken you and Jack for hooligans.

Actually, hooligan sounds like a perfect description of Jack and Chesney. I still wear a mask when I go to town, even though the pandemic isn’t as bad as it used to be. Better safe than sorry, I figure. On another note, saw five robins, a junco, a swallow, three spotted towhees, a butterfly, and a rabbit while out walking today.
