there was an episode of Emergency in the early 70’s where a man is in hospital ER and while he’s being treated his wives meet each other. after some initial conflict they decide to wait until he’s in recovery and go speak to him-strangely the show didn’t have that scene but it was probably a good thing he was already in hospital
