Wasn’t that the premise for the TV series, Route 66?

This sounds like the start of a Stephen Cannell show.

“Stingray” was about a mysterious loner who drove a cool car and helped folks.

“The Rockford Files” was about a private eye with a cool car.

“The A-Team was four guys in one cool van.

“Renegade” was a cool guy on a motorcycle.

“Hardcastle and McCormick” was about a retired judge and a race car driver….

Sounds like the premise for a 70s TV show.

Could this be a spinoff comic strip? “Crunchy,” kind of like Reacher but older…

You can’t paint Joe as the bestest boy without a corrupt bone in his body and then pull that line. That said there was the time a boy at Jojo’s summer camp said cops scared him and Joe’s response was to storm the camp with cops to hold a “cops are nice” event.
