You just guaranteed a kid can get at it. So many child-proof caps can only be opened by kids.

Human proof would be better.

If you are having trouble with a child-proof cap, just find a kid and ask ’em to open it for you.

And if the government attempts to impose limits, a very similar thing will happen. Parents really need to step up on this… and yes, any restrictions should be observed by the whole fam damly.

I call those senior-proof caps.

Once again the government is years late to the party. For kids not harmed by social media you know there good parents raising them. It was not the government.

Our children deserve the protection we can offer, legally and emotionally!

Good luck with that.

And like all child-proof caps, the kids will have it off in a moment while the adults will have to use a chain saw and two hand grenades to get it cracked.

This is a waste of time. The GOP wants MAGA folks to max out on “Social Media”. Helps Trump if his “people” are "OD"ed on this “drug”. It’s like Crack Cocaine for them.

Limit your child’s time on social media.

Drawback here is I always get the kids to open the child proof caps.

Adults are just as much of a problem. What kind of moron only gets news from social media?

They said the internet was harming our kids. They told us of all the dangers of TV for kids back in the 1950s. They warned about the harm radio programs would do. They said cars, especially the back seat, would bring our youth to ruin. Some Humans have a tendency to overact to anything new, while most humans prove through the ages that we adopt the progress and learn to adapt that progress to our needs.

The Internet is the most robust source of information in the history of humankind. Any teacher who can’t figure out a way to use it constructively, to engage students at every level in media literacy, should perhaps consider another profession. An enlightened administration would recognize this and engage faculty and parents accordingly.

Sorry, kids are just as mean and cruel as they ever were. Social media is just the bathroom wall of the 21st century.

Nothing is child proof!

Social media discussion frequently devolves to “You’re a poo-poo head.” “No, you’re the poo-poo head.” followed by, “You eat poo-poo!” “No! You eat poo-poo with snot on it!”

WHY can’t PARENTS just NOT GIVE THEIR KIDS DEVICES?No law is going to do anything about stupid parents.

It will not be a law, but social media groups should be required to do advertising to expose the dark sides of social media.
