12 very lucky birds who avoided a stomach pumping.

I was on a jury. They charged us in the morning and had lunch waiting. It only took us 10 minutes to come up the the verdict, but supper was coming from a good restaurant, We decided not to waste the day, told the judge we were ready to go.

No smoking in the courthouse would surely speed up the decision.

Later the jury itself was declared guilty of making a snap judgment.

This was the motive.

“Burn baby, burn!”

The nose knows. Now let’s wrap this up my blue pill is starting to wear off.

It’s Shoe’s own fault — he insists on bringing that malodorous stogie with him. Of course the food tastes awful!

Anything to get out of eating her cooking.

When I had deliberations, we got to order sandwiches. What we got was not what we ordered.
