We “almost” had rain yesterday, plenty of clouds and thunder and lightning in the mountains, with the usual one minute spillover for us. Temps dropped quite a bit from earlier 100s making for a reasonable afternoon.

Chesney, I think karma is about to hit you in the face.

I’ll be incommunicado for a week; I’m going to the cabin.

So Much for solidarity. I think I know what the the spritzer and the whipped cream are for. Chesney had better hope they also don’t get out the itching powder. On another note, saw two damselflies, five robins, two swallows, two Western tanagers, and seven juncos while out walking today.
