One than one judge, including the chief federal judge for her district, all with much more trial experience, has said she has totally mismanaged the case in numerous unnecessary ways and she should step down. They also said she never should have been appointed in the first place.

Two federal judges advised her to decline the case, and leave it to someone more experienced, but would she listen? Would she heck!

“We could see that same dynamic play out on this decision,” he continued. “Maybe that is the reason for the delay behind the scenes but I also think it is possible that Justice Sam Alito is simply dragging out the opinion writing process to run as much interference for Trump as possible — to run out the clock and ensure his guy doesn’t have to see meaningful legal progress in this case beyond November and beyond.”

It.. would be nice if the justice system declared that an election will not stop the wheels of justice, slow as it might be. trump’s trial will continue regardless of his standing for an election. You’re fault after all for delaying it as long as you could.
