No kidding on the pitching injuries. Just to name two, the Marlins and the Astros combined have something like 13-14 starters on the IL.

The Hobblegoblin caused all of this. Why am I not surprised?

blame things besides – the mechanics of my arm actually cannot support trying to throw that fast or at that angle on a regular basis? And the fact i’ve been doing this since childhood so it’s not a few years but a couple of decades of misuse?

the injuries to pitchers is caused by underutilization, they are all little league pitchers who don’t go beyond 6 innings. i always liked 9 innings pitchers. give me Nolan Ryan(13 innings) vs Luis Tiant (14 1/3) innings anytime.

Slowballers like Jamie Moyer and Tim Wakefield had very few arm miseries

Since there aren’t enough strikeouts in t he Big Leagues, Adam Dunn and Rob Deer are coming back!!
