And she refused to rule on more motions yesterday. Justice is cringing in embarassment.

She is exposing herself as a partisan who has violated nearly every ethical code, yet there seems to be no way to hold her accountable. Other more experienced judges have told her she should recuse herself, but she continues this charade.

The most blatantly corrupt judge In my lifetime. If trump wins she’ll probably end up on the supreme court with the corrupt 6.

The Sixth Amendment guarantees the rights of criminal defendants, including the right to a public trial without UNNECESSARY delay, the right to a lawyer, the right to an impartial jury, and the right to know who your accusers are and the nature of the charges and evidence against you.

Corrupt cannon is depriving trump of his right to a speedy trial.

The Federalist Society and the Heritage Foundation are the real life Spectre.

She is the “Mouth that snored”……sleep tight and hope that impeachment isn’t in sight!

She has no shame. Two federal judges suggested she step down. She said no. Then two more experienced federal judges told her to step down. Again, she declined. Hubris will eventually take her down.

Cannon should be impeached and removed from the bench.

Aileen Cannon is really the only one who is on trial. Trump is guilty on so many charges ( read the indictment) and there is so much evidence that the only way he could be found innocent is if the trial is not fair. She has already arranged to have the trial moved from the scene of the crime to the reddest possible area she could, increasing the chances of having a solidly MAGAt jury who will ignore the facts as “fake news” and now has delayed again. The idea that more time is needed to review facts on a case that is three and a half years old is ridiculous. And, a dishonest judge might be able to find a way to let him off with a fine. If she does, she will never be respected as a judge again. Even her supporters will consider her a pushover hack.

One.. of many faults with American justice. There seems no way to get rid of a rogue judge.

She is deliberately delaying justice to aid her benefactor Trump, and she should be disbarred, or defrocked, or what ever they do to demote judges.

What she is doing isn’t fooling anyone. Pretty disgusting at her level of the judicial system.

In May 2024, NPR reported that Cannon had violated internal judiciary rules and federal ethics law when she did not timely disclose that in 2021 and 2022, she was privately reimbursed when attending two legal seminars (“Sage Lodge Colloquium”) at a luxury resort in Montana organized by George Mason University, and only disclosed it when NPR enquired about the matter.

Justice delayed is justice denied. Another benefit to a Biden win in November would be that either Ms. Cannon would actually be forced to get around to hearing the case.

The best little judge money can buy “Please dear Mr Trump make me a Supreme Court Justice, I could be just as corrupt as the other ones you appointed”
