I use 1 teaspoon of almond butter, 1 tsp organic soy sauce a few drops of organic honey, a tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon MCT oil basil, chives, mixed together for each serving, the tastiest dressing ever. You could even use it with fruit or throw some blueberries in the chopped meal.
I don’t call it salad because the is NO lettuce in my dinner. (Salad is French for lettuce)
Surely she could find a better tasting way to serve spinach and other vegetables. She doesn’t need to please anyone else; she can look for healthful recipes the kids like. And they can help.
