So, according to SCOTUS, Biden has immunity too. So Biden’s best course of action would be to have trump arrested and killed, then decide the SC should have five members (last in, first out). Finally, he should admit his mistake and expand the court back to nine, appointing four new members, and they could overturn all of the inane rulings trump’s court has made.

It’d be like going back in time and killing baby hitler.

Vote the Trumplicans out. Vote Blue. The country that you save will be your own.

In reality the president has always had some shield of immunity for official acts, but I don’t doubt the menace of unusual color will abuse any notion of what an “official act” might be. Even that is less of a problem than the many sycophants that enable him.
