add an extra egg, use butter instead of oil, milk instead of water, european chocolate chips (US only has 10% cacao),and the best flour for your cookies. they’ll be larger, sweeter and more flavorful, and tender and soft. works for oatmeal-raisin cookies too—use the big fat gourmet raisins—not those nasty “boogers in a red box”!

Fresh baked cookies is the best thank you imo.
