I checked out Fast Times at Ridgemont High on imdb, and yeah, this does indeed resemble Sean Penn’s Jeff Spicoli.

That’s “Sir Spicoli” to you, buddy.

Broccardo was having a bad hair day, discovered a zit on his forehead, and was píssed off at his parents cutting his allowance and grounding him ( again) over that little incident with Antonio in the back of the gondola, … and now they want him to pose for this stupid picture!

Here is a thought perverse, one could make his appearance even worse, give him a Habsburg Jaw, his visage would create awe, and could truly be seen as a curse.
