Picked up an Auction lot today. We dropped off the unwanted pieces at Savers and I asked my daughter if she wanted to go in and look around. Nah, it was too hot to do anything. Bad enough wrapping the Auction items in a Warehouse that only has fans. I’m SO OVER THE HEAT! It could be worse. I hope any of you impacted by the Hurricane are okay.

Off topic: We’ve talked about cellphones here in the past. l don’t give out my cell number. Maybe 10 people have it and that includes my sister and my husband. Sometime last night, I got a text. I read it at 3 this morning. It was from someone I didn’t know but she/he went on about Susan’s birthday on Wed. He/she talked about lunch, dinner, gifts and such. I was really annoyed. I sent back a message “Who are you and how did you get my number”. Turns out, Susans’ gave it to her! I don’t even know the sister! I met her once about 4 yrs ago. I don’t think Susan would give out my number -she knows my feelings about it. I think the sister went through her phone and got it. I texted back my feelings and told her/him to remove me from any thread or group thing she had going and to delete my number.

Keep it up! This is good for the whole week!

As titles go, that’s not bad. Of course, I would have gone with “Olivera and His Pals.” On another note, saw four wrens, a Swainson’s thrush, two robins, a mouse, a squirrel, a rabbit, a woodpecker, and a junco while out walking today.
